Project Summary
Governance aims to support local public administration in order to be more efficient and responsive to citizens’ needs in Italy, Albania and Montenegro.
Through training and capacity-building activities, public employees will learn how to better manage digital tools, by simplifying administrative procedures, and effectively use European funding opportunities.
By improving processes and competences, the project will help make public services more efficient, transparent and closer to citizens.
